What we process
We process store identifiers, Shopify authentication sessions, product identifiers and titles, product status, sales-channel identifiers and names, publication baselines, scan results, incidents, and monitoring preferences. Shopify session records can include merchant or staff account information supplied during authentication. We use Shopify subscription information to verify app access.
What we do not request
We do not request customer or order access. We do not collect payment-card information, product images, product descriptions, prices, or checkout contents.
Purpose and processors
Data is used to provide read-only publication monitoring, authenticate access, operate subscriptions through Shopify, maintain reliability, and respond to support requests. Application hosting and database storage are provided through Railway. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Scan logs are retained for up to 90 days and pruned during successful scans. Product baselines, incidents, settings, and baseline-change audit records are retained while the app is installed. Shop-linked application records and sessions are deleted when Shopify delivers an uninstall or shop-redaction webhook. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted records until their normal expiry.
Your controls
You can exclude products or channels, accept updated baselines, uninstall the app, or request access or deletion through support.
